Cosmoveda - Organic Virgin Coconut Oil - 350ml

The coconuts for Cosmoveda Virgin Coconut Oil are grown by small cooperatives in the Golden Triangle of Sri Lanka, the famous Coconut Triangle in the west of the island.

The ripe nuts are harvested by hand, peeled to remove the brown skin and then washed and grated. The crushed pulp is then pressed in Cosmoveda's own factory to produce this delicious, nutritious, very easily digestible, sweetly flavoured oil, whose health benefits are highly praised in Sri Lanka.

Uses

One of the many uses for coconut oil is in golden milk. Here the coconut oil provides the necessary coolness of flavour and a rounded taste. Use as desired for baking, frying or deep-frying.
