Cosmoveda - BIO Shallaki Capsules

Shallaki (Boswelia serrata), better known by the name Indian Frankincense, is a resin-producing tree with papery peeling bark and stamens up to 25 cm long, whose resin and bark have been used in Ayurvedic nutrition for thousands of years. The finely and gently ground powder (below 40°C) of the resin comes from Indian and Sri Lankan Fair Trade and organic projects by Cosmoveda.
According to Ayurveda, this product correlates at the level of harmonious balance of the Doshas through balancing the six taste directions. It provides the tastes sweet, bitter and astringent. The qualities of Indian frankincense (Boswelia serrata), also called Shallaki or Rasna, have attracted scientific interest, which is researching its suspected anti-inflammatory effects.
The health of bones and joints is endangered by arthritis, arthrosis, gout or rheumatism. Maintaining health includes not only a balanced diet but also plenty of movement and yoga, as well as special therapeutic applications such as Ayurvedic massages and baths.

Preparation / Usage Recommendation:

Take 4 capsules twice daily, each containing 0.47g (0.37g net content) between meals with warm water. The daily consumption amount contains 2.96g herbal powder.

The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store out of reach of small children.
