Poppy seed is excellent as a baking ingredient for poppy seed rolls and poppy seed cake.
Please heat the poppy seed before consumption by baking or cooking. For raw consumption, we recommend a maximum consumption of 30 g per day for adults. Not suitable for young children and infants.
