Usage
Buckwheat can be ground into flour. From this flour, pancakes and blinis are often baked. However, it's also very popular in casseroles, as a side dish, or roasted as 'Kasha'. Cooked as groats or porridge, buckwheat is particularly easy to digest.
Wash the buckwheat and bring it to a boil with double the amount of water. Add a little salt and cook for about 15 minutes.
