Round grain natural rice is a whole grain rice and therefore still contains all valuable nutrients. It is ideal for Mediterranean stir-fry dishes and as a side dish.

As a side dish for 2 people, bring 125g round grain rice to a boil in 250ml of lightly salted water and simmer gently for 35-40 minutes.
