Ravintsara of the highest quality comes from the island of Madagascar. The essential oil is extracted from the leaves of the camphor tree (Cinnamomum camphora ct. cineole) and reveals its fresh, clear eucalyptus-like aroma after gentle distillation. It is valued for its air-purifying and invigorating properties – ideal when the weather becomes cooler outside.
