Details
The taste of Physalis is reminiscent of gooseberries, cherries and a hint of pineapple. Fruity, sweet and sour at the same time, the fruits are rich in antioxidants and a good source of iron, vitamins C, E and ß-carotene.
The fruits are grown in Peru and Ecudaor. Thanks to their gentle drying below 45 ° C, they are of raw food quality.
