Ashwagandha root has a long tradition in Ayurveda, where it is recommended for balancing the Vata dosha. The capsule shell is made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and is therefore completely vegan. The pack contains 90 capsules.

Recommended intake

Take 2 capsules once daily, whole, with plenty of liquid after a meal. One capsule contains 400 mg.
