The organic Omega 3 fish oil capsules from GSE are made exclusively from cold-pressed oil of Scandinavian rainbow trout from organic aquaculture. The fish oil is a byproduct of fish fillet production. To protect the oceans from overfishing, only fillet trimmings are used for fish oil production, which remain after the trout fillets are cut. No additional fish need to be caught, making production very sustainable and climate-neutral. The product is free from gluten and lactose. The brown glass packaging optimally protects the valuable active ingredients.
Usage Recommendation
Take 3 capsules of 1080 mg daily with plenty of liquid
