Vitamin C is an iron utilization helper that assists your body in better absorbing the iron provided. GSE uses natural Vitamin C from organically grown Indian Amla fruit. Besides many other valuable ingredients, it contains as much Vitamin C as hardly any other fruit, which is why we don't need to use synthetically produced ascorbic acid. Furthermore, the organic Amla extract also provides additional secondary plant compounds naturally found in the fruit that protect and support the stability and activity of Vitamin C.
