GSE uses natural silicic acid from bamboo shoot extract for the product Skin, Hair, Nails Complex. Bamboo (Bambuseae) is a genus of sweet grasses from the bamboo subfamily (Bambusoideae) with numerous species. Bamboos occur naturally in Asia, North and South America and Australia.

Selenium from mustard seed extract

Organic mustard seed extract provides the selenium for our Skin, Hair, Nails Complex product. Black mustard (Brassica nigra) is a plant species from the genus Brassica in the cruciferous family (Brassicaceae). Black mustard is native to the Mediterranean region and has been cultivated since time immemorial. It is widely used as a food in Indian and Bengali cuisine.

B Vitamins from guava, basil and lemon peel extract

GSE Skin, Hair, Nails Complex contains a vitamin B complex from guava, basil and lemon peel extract. The true guava (Psidium guajava) is a plant species of the guava genus (Psidium) in the myrtle family (Myrtaceae). It is mainly used as a useful plant, but also as a traditional medicinal plant. Basil (Ocimum sanctum), also known as royal herb, is a spice plant from the genus of the same name, basil (Ocimum), in the labiate family. Basil is traditionally used in both Greek and Italian cuisine.

The lemon or lime is the fruit of the lemon tree (Citrus limon) from the citrus plant genus (Citrus). It is a group of varieties that originated from a cross between bitter orange and citron, probably in northern India.

Recommended dosage
