Himalaya - Rumalaya Pain-Relief Gel

Rumalaya Gel is a herbal, locally-acting remedy. The intensely aromatic ingredients work with an initial cooling effect and then provide strong warmth to the applied areas of the body.

The gel is well-suited for athletes, as a starter salve before training or important matches. Less athletic and older people can also benefit from the salve, for example when experiencing joint pain.

How to Use Rumalaya Gel

Apply a small amount of the salve to the affected area twice daily. Gently massage the gel in. Light skin redness is normal. The effect is enhanced when you use a warm compress.

Please note: Use Rumalaya sparingly and do not apply it over large areas. Very sensitive skin may react to the essential oils contained—ginger, cinnamon, and frankincense—with strong redness or slight skin swelling and a burning sensation similar to sunburn. In this case, apply ghee to the affected areas.

Important: Be sure to wash your hands after use, as Rumalaya should not come into contact with mucous membranes or eyes! Do not use on children, pregnant women, or nursing mothers. For external use only.
