According to Ayurveda teachings, spices and herbs help maintain the balance of the Doshas at a subtle energetic level. In Ayurveda, they are an important part of daily nutrition. They provide the body with sufficient secondary plant compounds and corresponding rasas and gunas (tastes and properties of plants), thereby harmonizing digestion. However, they alone do not replace a healthy, balanced diet.
The mode of action of Ayurvedic herbs is based on traditional knowledge of Indian medicine and works at the level of the Doshas. An effect in the sense of modern Western science is therefore not claimed. In particular, the aspect of balancing the Doshas has no equivalent in our science, so there is no confirmation in the sense of Western science for the effects described in Ayurveda.
Application
Take 2 capsules twice daily with warm water after meals.
