Holisan - Srokasha

According to Ayurveda teachings, spices and herbs help maintain the balance of the Doshas on a subtle energetic level. In Ayurveda, they are an important part of daily nutrition. They provide the body with sufficient secondary plant compounds and corresponding rasas and gunas (tastes and properties of plants) and thereby harmonize digestion. However, they alone do not replace a healthy, balanced diet.

The effects of Ayurvedic herbs are based on traditional knowledge of Indian medicine and work at the level of the Doshas. An effect in the sense of modern Western science is therefore not claimed. In particular, the aspect of balancing the Doshas has no equivalent in our science, so there is no confirmation in the sense of Western science for the effects described in Ayurveda.

Application

Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with warm water before meals.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of small children.
