Tamari is healthy and liquid Version of stock cubes as a flavor enhancer, and flavoring agent. The strong soy sauce is suitable for Western as well as Oriental dishes. They use them not only Salt, but also to the natural taste of the ingredients to intensify during cooking and at the table. Tamari fits perfectly to Pickles, in the Wok, rice, pasta, Sushi, Sashimi or steamed vegetables. It combines perfectly with Mirin (rice wine), Wasabi, ginger or grated Daikon to combine.

Wenn Sie beispielsweise pro 200 ml Suppe 1 Teelöffel Sojasauce hinzufügen statt einer Prise Salz, bringen Sie den natürlichen Geschmack der Suppe besser zur Geltung und reduzieren gleichzeitig den Salzgehalt des Gerichts.
