The Ashoka tree is medium-sized with wonderful, dark green foliage and vibrant orange flowers. In Indian literature, it is praised for providing protection to "Sita", the wife of the mythical hero "Rama", during her most difficult times from her pursuer. For this reason, the Ashoka tree is highly valued throughout India.

Recommended Dosage

Adults take 15-30 ml twice daily with the same amount of water (see measuring cup) after meals.
