Maharishi Ayurveda - Active Woman Tea Organic

Maharishi Ayurveda's Active Woman Tea is a caffeine-free Ayurvedic herbal and spice tea from certified organic cultivation. Ayurveda experts (Vaidyas) have carefully blended this mix: fennel, cardamom, and cinnamon meet Shatavari, Ashoka, rose petals, and licorice – ingredients that have long been valued in the Ayurvedic tradition.

Preparation

Bring fresh water to a boil and pour it over one tea bag in your cup. Let it steep covered for about 5 minutes. Enjoy it plain or, to taste, with a little cane sugar, milk, or lemon.

Note

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medications, consult with your doctor before consuming this tea.
