Directions for use

Recommended intake for adults:

1-2 tablets 2 x daily about 1/2 hour before meals with honey or warm water. Daily intake (with 4 tablets daily) contains: 2720 mg herbs, 920 mg herbal extract.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
