Maharishi Ayurveda Shudh Shilajit Resin combines the power of the Himalayas with the wisdom of the Ayurvedic tradition. Shudh Shilajit Resin is the pure resin form of Shilajit (also known as Mumijo), in its most concentrated and original form.

Shilajit resin oozes from rocks in high mountain regions like the Himalayas during hot seasons. It forms over many centuries through the decomposition of plant matter in the soil and accumulates as a mineral-rich resin in rock crevices.
