The Miraherba Kapha herbal tea formula follows the Ayurvedic tradition: a select blend of herbs and spices as they are assigned to the Kapha Dosha in Ayurveda.
A sharp and spicy blend of herbs and spices for the whole day.
Ingredients & Flavor
Cardamom, clove and pepper provide the sharpness, coriander and cumin add a spicy depth, rosemary contributes a fresh herbal note.
Preparation
Steep 1 tablespoon in 1/2 liter of boiling water for 10 minutes or simmer in the same amount of water for 5 minutes.
Sweeten with jaggery or whole cane sugar as desired.
