The high polyphenol content is not only refreshing, but also revitalizing. The infusion is suitable for gargling when the throat is sore or as a skin wash and compress.
Instructions
For tea, pour 1 tablespoon over 1/2 liter of boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes. For external applications or gargling, let steep for at least 15 minutes.
