Dashamula Churna is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal blend for external use. The formula is based on ten carefully selected roots and plants that have long been valued in Ayurveda. The fine powder is particularly suitable for preparing poultices and can be incorporated in many ways into mindful body rituals.
Preparation as a Poultice
Mix 1 tablespoon of powder with 2 tablespoons of warm water to create a spreadable paste. Apply the paste to a cloth and place it on the desired area of the body. Let it work for approximately 30 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water.

The traditional herbal blend is simple to apply and is a practical supplement for Ayurvedic treatments in everyday life. By preparing it as a poultice, the powder can be applied topically in a targeted manner.

Wie wende ich Dashamula Churna äußerlich an?
Für einen Umschlag vermischst du 1 Esslöffel Dashamula Churna mit 2 Esslöffeln warmem Wasser zu einer streichfähigen Paste. Trage die Paste auf ein Tuch auf, lege es auf die gewünschte Körperstelle, lasse es etwa 30 Minuten einwirken und wasche die Haut anschließend mit lauwarmem Wasser ab.
