Benefits & Effects
The combination of anti-inflammatory chamomile, astringent witch hazel, and soothing oak bark gently cares for irritated tissue. Yarrow and calendula complete the formula and support wound healing.
Application
Prepare a strong herbal infusion and enjoy a relaxing sitz bath. Alternatively, you can use the blend for gentle cleansing or as a soothing Lepa.
Herbal Infusion
Prepare 1 liter of strong herbal infusion – 3 tbsp per 1 l water – simmer for 20 minutes Pour into a sitz bath tub or basin Top up with warm water to a comfortable temperature Sit for 10–15 minutes, then pat dry gently The infusion can also be used for gentle cleansingCompresses with a Decoction
Pour ¼ l boiling water over 1 tbsp of the herbal blend, let steep for 30 minutes • Soak a cotton pad or cotton cloth and apply directly • Leave on the affected area for 20 minutes • Repeat 3-5 times per dayHerbal Lepa
• Grind the herbal blend finely • Mix 2 tbsp with 1 tbsp ghee to form a paste • Apply to the affected area, cover with a cotton pad and leave overnight • Wash off in the morning and nourish the area with gheeQuality & Origin
