Give your roast potatoes an aromatic Indian flavour! This perfectly balanced spice combines the warmth of turmeric and mustard seeds, the freshness of coriander greens, the spice of ajwain and black cumin and the subtle heat of chilli. Refined with Himalayan salt, this mixture from organic cultivation brings exotic flavour to your kitchen. Also ideal for other potato dishes or vegetable stir-fries.
Use
Simply sprinkle the Indian roast potato seasoning over the potatoes after frying and mix well. For a more intense flavour, allow the spice to fry briefly. Also goes perfectly with vegetable stir-fries, lentil dishes or dips.
Tip: Add a little ghee or oil to enhance the flavour of the spices!
