Is the Kapha Balance Set right for me?
The Dosha Kapha is also called mucus in Ayurveda, its properties are cool, oily, heavy, immobile, with sweet and salty taste – when this Dosha is imbalanced, you feel exhausted, tired and listless. Your skin is oily and cool, yet you have clammy hands, everything feels sticky and soft, you tend toward weight gain and conditions such as asthma or sinusitis.
Bringing your Kapha back into balance
Organic Kapha Massage Oil
A wonderfully invigorating oil blend that lifts you out of emotional depths. The oil is especially suitable for partial and full-body massage in the morning. Before use, the oil should be warmed slightly in a water bath so it is better absorbed by the skin.
Organic Kapha Tea, Stress Reducing
This tea is energizing and uplifting. An invigorating, delicious, slightly spicy blend for all day long.
It's best to brew 1 liter using 2 tablespoons of the mixture first thing in the morning and drink it throughout the day.
Organic Kapha Balance Churna
Elevated Kapha manifests as heaviness in the body and sluggishness in the mind, especially after eating. Our spice blend stimulates digestive fire, Agni, and thereby improves the breakdown of food and especially fat digestion. You can use it to season your vegetables, Dhal or rice, or for stubborn digestive issues, mix 1 teaspoon of the blend with a little ghee, take it before meals and drink some warm water afterward.
Ayurveda Brown Kapha Facial Mask
Kapha skin tends to be oily, with puffiness, especially on the face. Our herbal mask stimulates circulation and helps remove deposits. The mask gives skin firmness and radiance. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of powder with ghee to create a smooth, not-too-liquid paste. Apply thinly to the face with a mask brush and let it work for 15 minutes.
