This Ayurvedic herbal blend is used for heat treatments, especially in massage practices. Ideal for relaxing applications.
Details
The mixtures are always freshly prepared and ground shortly before shipping.
Store in an airtight container if possible and away from light.
The mixture contains turmeric which may stain yellow.
Application
Wrap 60g of the mixture with a finely chopped small onion and a lemon in a Kizhi (Pinda Sweda). A handful of coarse sea salt / Himalayan salt can also be added to the mixture.
For treatment with warm sesame oil or medicated oil.
