The deep blue flowers of Wild Mallow enchant not only with their intense color, but also with their mildly sweet taste – a special treat for all the senses, enjoyed pure or as an elegant refinement for tea blends.

Preparation
- Add 1–2 teaspoons of mallow flowers per cup to a pot or strainer.
- Pour hot water over them (approximately 80–90°C), not boiling.
- Let steep for 5–8 minutes and watch the color change.
- Strain and enjoy warm or cold.
Tip: A splash of lemon transforms the tea from blue to pink – a natural color display! Wonderful mixed with hibiscus, rose hip, or green tea.

- Store in a dry, cool, light-protected place to preserve the intense color.
- The flowers are also excellent as edible decoration for salads and desserts.

Wie schmeckt Malvenblütentee?
Sehr mild, leicht süßlich und zart blumig. Der Geschmack ist subtil und eignet sich perfekt für sanfte Teemomente oder als harmonische Basis für Mischungen.
Warum verfärbt sich der Tee?
Die blauen Anthocyane reagieren auf den pH-Wert: Bei neutralem Wasser bleibt der Tee blau-violett, mit Zitrone (sauer) wird er rosa, mit Natron (basisch) grünlich. Ein faszinierendes Naturschauspiel!
Mit welchen Kräutern harmonieren Malvenblüten?
Besonders gut mit Hibiskus, Hagebutte, Lavendel, grünem Tee oder Zitronenmelisse. Die milde Note der Malve ergänzt kräftigere Aromen perfekt.
Wann trinke ich Malvenblütentee am besten?
Der koffeinfreie, milde Tee eignet sich zu jeder Tageszeit – besonders schön als Nachmittagstee oder beruhigender Abendtee.

Malvenblütentee gilt als mild und unbedenklich. Dennoch solltest du in Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit bei neuen Kräutertees grundsätzlich Rücksprache halten.

Ja, der milde Malvenblütentee ist auch für Kinder geeignet. Die schöne Farbe und das Farbwechselspiel mit Zitrone machen ihn zum spannenden Kindertee.
Wie lange ist das Produkt haltbar?
Ungeöffnet siehe Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum. Nach dem Öffnen luftdicht und dunkel lagern, um die Farbe zu erhalten. Innerhalb von 6 Monaten aufbrauchen.
Wie bewahre ich die schöne blaue Farbe?
Lichtgeschützt in einem dunklen, luftdichten Behälter lagern. Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung lässt die Farbe verblassen. Kühl und trocken aufbewahren.
