A recommendation from the Indian Ministry of Ayush - the fine herbal and spice blend Ayush Kadha, also known as Tridosha Churna. Always recommended during the cold season. Since the blend is only available in India, we have mixed it ourselves. Of course from certified organic ingredients, in the tridosha-balancing formula. Delicious, warming and immune-modulating.
Preparation
Stir one level teaspoon of the spice blend into 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the liquid is reduced to half. Drink throughout the day in small amounts, either pure or diluted with hot water.
