Sonnig-frisch, natürlich intensiv: Unsere fein gemahlene Bio-Orangenschale verleiht süßen und herzhaften Rezepten eine lebendige Zitrusnote – perfekt für deine Alltagsküche, Backwaren oder eigene Gewürzmischungen.
Verwendung
Backen & Desserts: Pro 250 g Mehl ½–1 TL einrühren (Kuchen, Kekse, Waffeln). Für Cremes, Mascarpone, Mousse oder Panna Cotta ¼ TL unterheben – intensiviert ohne Bitterkeit.
Frühstück: ½ TL in Porridge, Overnight Oats, Joghurt oder Quark geben. Mit Dattel- oder Ahornsirup und einer Prise Zimt abrunden.
Herzhafte Küche: ¼–½ TL in Currys, Linsengerichte, Kürbis- und Karottensuppen, Couscous oder Bulgur. Verleiht frische, zitrusige Spitzen.
Marinaden & Dressings: ½ TL mit Olivenöl, Zitronensaft, Salz, Pfeffer für ein schnelles Zitrus-Dressing; passt zu Fenchel, Roter Bete, Ofengemüse, Tofu & Tempeh.
Getränke & Tee: ¼ TL pro Tasse heißes Wasser als wohliger Zitrus-Tee; in Chai, Golden Milk oder Infused Water mit Ingwer und Minze.
Gewürzmischungen: Kombiniert genial mit Zimt, Kardamom, Vanille, Ingwer, Kurkuma, Sternanis. Für „Winterzauber“-Zucker 1 EL Orangenschale mit 4 EL Rohrohrzucker mischen.
Kühl, trocken und lichtgeschützt lagern. Vegan. Ohne Zusatzstoffe.
