Churna means finely ground or flour - in Ayurveda, this refers to finely ground herbal and spice mixtures or medicinal powders. The spice mixture is freshly prepared in Miraherba's spice kitchen. Of course, you can also prepare the mixture yourself from individual spices.
Application
1/2 - 1 tsp with ghee or with the first bite of a meal.
Alternatively, stir 1 tsp with 2 cm finely chopped fresh turmeric and 1 tsp honey or ghee and take it before lunch, followed by warm water.
