With this blend, you can quickly create delicious mulled wine or fruit punch. All the necessary spices are already included – with cinnamon, cloves, and orange peel.

Our spice blends are mixed in small batches, so you can enjoy their unique flavor for a long time.
Use & Preparation
Dosage: 10 g spice blend per 1 liter of mulled wine or fruit punch.
1. Gently simmer the spice in a little water for 5–10 minutes.
2. Add the infusion to wine or fruit juice.
3. Sweeten to taste and heat to a maximum of 70 °C (this keeps the aroma balanced; alcohol does not evaporate completely).
Practical: Pour the spice into a tea filter or tea strainer for easy pouring.
Wine tip: A fruity, smooth red wine is ideal.
Fruit Punch: Simmer with apple, orange, cherry, or blackcurrant juice.
