The roasted shells of the cacao bean release a wonderfully intense cacao aroma and make a full-bodied, chocolatey tea – completely calorie-free, but with the full flavor of real chocolate.

Preparation
- Place 1–2 heaping teaspoons of cacao shells per cup into a pot.
- Pour boiling water over them.
- Let steep for 10–15 minutes for full flavor.
- Strain and enjoy hot or cold.
Tip: Add a splash of milk or plant-based milk for extra creaminess. Refine with vanilla, cinnamon, or chili for your personal chocolate creation!

Wie schmeckt Kakaoschalen-Tee?
Intensiv schokoladig mit einer natürlichen, leichten Süße. Der Geschmack erinnert an dunkle Schokolade, ist aber leichter und ohne die Schwere von heißer Schokolade.
Enthält der Tee Koffein?
Kakaoschalen enthalten kein Koffein, aber Theobromin – einen sanften Muntermacher, der milder wirkt als Koffein und länger anhält ohne nervös zu machen.
Wie bereite ich den perfekten Kakaoschalen-Tee?
Für intensiven Geschmack 10–15 Minuten mit kochendem Wasser ziehen lassen. Je länger die Ziehzeit, desto schokoladiger wird der Tee. Auch als Cold Brew über Nacht im Kühlschrank möglich!
Kann ich die Schalen mehrmals aufgießen?
Ein zweiter Aufguss ist möglich, wird aber deutlich milder. Verwende dann etwas längere Ziehzeiten oder mische frische Schalen dazu.
Wann trinke ich Kakaoschalen-Tee am besten?
Perfekt als Nachmittagsgenuss, gemütlicher Abendtee oder gesunde Alternative zu heißer Schokolade. Durch das milde Theobromin auch abends gut verträglich.

Wie lange ist das Produkt haltbar?
Ungeöffnet siehe Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum. Nach dem Öffnen luftdicht verschließen und innerhalb von 6–8 Monaten aufbrauchen für bestes Aroma.
Wie lagere ich Kakaoschalen richtig?
Kühl, trocken und luftdicht verschlossen lagern. Das intensive Kakaoaroma bleibt so am besten erhalten. Nicht neben stark riechenden Gewürzen aufbewahren.
