This blend of Curcuma and Pippali (long pepper) combines two valuable spices from Ayurvedic teaching for harmonious seasoning.
Details
Curcuma (turmeric) is, by the way, one of the main ingredients for golden milk. You'll find a recipe to make golden milk yourself in our blog. Conveniently, the necessary pepper is already present in the curcuma-pippali mixture, so you don't necessarily need to add extra pepper to your golden milk mixture.
You can naturally also obtain the long pepper Pippali as a ground single spice or as whole grains.
If you want to use curcuma as a single spice, you'll find dried, ground curcuma here. For hot teas and pastes, fresh curcuma root is particularly suitable. If you prefer it in liquid form, we recommend the curcuma juice from Govinda.
Recommended Dosage
Maximum 2-5g daily (2g corresponds to one teaspoon), 2 times daily with lukewarm water approximately 30 minutes after eating.
Note for Turmeric
If you are taking anticoagulants simultaneously, we recommend consulting a naturopath, doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
