Is the Pitta Balance Set right for me?
In Ayurveda, the Pitta Dosha is also referred to as fire, with qualities that are hot, penetrating, and have sour and sharp tastes. When this dosha is imbalanced, you may feel "like in an oven" – the skin becomes flushed, heat often rises to the head, and the body tends to sweat. When Pitta is in excess, reactions are often extreme, leading to anger, jealousy, and impulsive actions.
Bringing your Pitta back into balance
Organic Body and Massage Oil
Although Pitta people tend to avoid oil massages, the herbs in this special preparation work cooling and harmonizing on the skin, creating balance. The oil can be used for head or full-body massage. Warm slightly before use.
Organic Pitta Tea, cooling and calming
A tea blend that regulates excessive Pitta and has a cooling effect on body and mind.
It's best to brew 2 tablespoons of the mixture with 1 liter of water first thing in the morning and drink it throughout the day.
Organic Pitta Balance Churna
Mildly aromatic spice blend for Pitta cuisine. Our spice mixture is prepared according to Ayurvedic tradition for Pitta. You can use it to season your vegetables, dhal, or rice, or mix 1 teaspoon of the blend with a little ghee, take it before meals, and drink some warm water afterwards.
Ayurveda Red Pitta Face Mask
A cooling mask for Pitta skin that gives it a relaxed radiance.
Mix 1-2 tablespoons of powder with ghee to create an even, not-too-liquid paste. Apply thinly to the face with a mask brush and leave on for 15 minutes. You can finish by spritzing rose water on your face as a facial tonic.
