Churna means simply "powder" in Sanskrit and is a mixture of ground herbs and/or minerals used in Ayurveda medicine.
Preparation
Stir 1 teaspoon into 250 ml of warm water.
Miraherba tip: Prepare yourself a Sitopaladi shot. Pour a pinch of Sitopaladi Churna over a sip of hot water. Stir in a knife tip of honey, preferably Turmeric honey or Manuka honey. Once cooled enough, drink it all at once while still warm!
