A refreshing organic herbal tea for a clear mind and an alert start: No. 1 – Life Force combines peppermint, lemon balm and apple pieces with invigorating components such as mate, guarana and kola nut, along with delicate floral notes (lavender, meadowsweet) and Brahmi. The result is a fruity-minty infusion with a gently floral finish – ideal in the morning or as a natural afternoon lift.

A wonderfully fresh apple-mint aroma combined with a floral-lovely note.
Preparation
Steep 1 tablespoon of tea with ½ liter of boiling water, covered, for 5 minutes.

Meadowsweet
The sweetly flavored flowers contain the precursor substance of salicylic acid, whose anti-inflammatory effect forms the basis for today's aspirin.
Peppermint
Contains essential oils and tannins that have a positive effect on cramps in the gastrointestinal area and the gallbladder.
Licorice Root
The roots of the licorice plant give the tea a delicate sweetness.
