Gently floral organic herbs meet adaptogenic roots: This blend of damiana and Ashwagandha, Brahmi and water hyssop creates soothing moments of respite. Ideal for times of relaxation and composure – during the day or as an evening ritual.

Application & Preparation
Dosage: 1 tbsp (approx. 2–3 g) per 500 ml water.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over it, steep covered for 5 minutes.
Tip: Enjoy 1–3 cups daily – in the afternoon for a mental reset or in the evening as a winding down ritual.
