Is the Vata Balance Set right for me?
The dosha Vata is also called wind in Ayurveda, and its characteristics are cold, rough, and dry – so it's no wonder that when this dosha is disturbed, you feel "like you've been through the wind," experience gas, have dry skin, brittle nails, almost always have cold feet, and feel chilly.
How to bring your Vata back into balance
Organic Vata Massage Oil
A partial or full-body massage with a Vata-reducing oil not only nourishes your skin but also penetrates deep into the tissue and "warms" from within. You can massage your feet in the evening before bed, massage your abdomen in clockwise motions, or as part of your morning routine from head to toe. Dry scalp and cracked fingernails also benefit greatly from regular oil care. Before use, warm the oil slightly in a water bath so your skin can absorb it better.
Organic Vata Tea, Stress-Reducing
Our tea blend contains Vata-balancing herbs and spices that make your day more relaxed, harmonize digestion, and promote restful sleep.
It's best to brew 1 liter in the morning using 2 tablespoons of the blend and drink it throughout the day.
Organic Vata Balance Churna
Elevated Vata manifests in the digestive tract through dryness, bloating, and irregular bowel movements. Our spice blend stimulates the digestive fire, Agni, and thereby improves the breakdown of food. You can use it to season your vegetables, dhal, or rice, or for stubborn digestive problems, mix 1 teaspoon of the blend with a little ghee, take it before meals, and wash it down with some warm water.
Ayurveda White Vata Face Mask
Dry facial skin is not only uncomfortable but also prone to early wrinkle formation. The mask's ingredients nourish the skin, giving it freshness, firmness, and fullness. You can use the mask daily. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of powder with ghee to create a smooth, not-too-liquid paste. Apply thinly to the face with a mask brush and let it work for 15 minutes.
