The Rasayana is produced traditionally in India. It carries the BDIH seal and is certified free of toxic heavy metals. After opening, store the Ashwagandha Rasayana in the refrigerator.
Usage Example
It is best to take the Ashwagandha Rasayana in the morning. Simply stir 1-2 teaspoons of Rasayana into some warm milk and drink. Alternatively, you can eat the creamy Rasayana as a spread on bread or in yogurt or muesli.
