This Haritaki from Nimi Ayurveda is of highly pure, laboratory-tested quality. It consists only of the plant parts specified in Ayurvedic texts, from the Indian gallnut tree with the botanical name Terminalia chebula, and is processed and produced according to Ayurvedic guidelines.
Recommended Intake
Stir 1g powder (one measuring spoon) twice daily into warm water and drink.
The stated recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. The daily intake of 2g herbal powder contains 790mg polyphenols.
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet, as well as a healthy lifestyle.
