Haritaki (botanical name Terminalia chebula) has been extremely popular in Ayurveda since ancient times for its many beneficial properties and is available today in many different forms for daily use.

Haritaki balances all three Doshas and is a true gift from Mother Earth, filled with holistic power. Along with Amalaki and Bhibakti, it is one of the three "magical" ingredients in Triphala.

The name Haritaki is often associated with "Lord Hari," one of the three Hindu gods responsible for the preservation of the world. In Buddhism, Haritaki is referred to as the "great golden fruit." Due to its special abilities, it is said to create spiritual balance.

Recommended Dosage

Recommended maximum daily intake: one capsule twice daily.
