Dietary supplement with spermidine made from organic wheat germ powder.
Spermidine is a so-called polyamine and is naturally present in wheat germ. Raab Bio Spermidine only contains high-quality organic wheat germ powder with its natural spermidine content. Only the valuable germ of the wheat grain is used for the powder, which only makes up a tiny part of the ripe grain. The germ is carefully separated from the endosperm, then deoiled and finely ground.
Recommended consumption
Stir two heaped measuring spoons (10 g) into a smoothie, shake, porridge or muesli. Contains 5 mg spermidine per recommended daily intake
