application
- Preparation - Rinse the bottom tray and sieve with cold water. Place the garden in a light and warm place. Avoid direct sunlight.
- Rinsing - Rinse the seeds well in a sieve under running water before sowing.
- Sowing - fill the bottom tray 1 cm high with water. Spread the seeds in a thin layer on the seed sieve
- Watering - Dip the sieve 2-3 times in fresh water so that the seeds are well watered. Place the sieve on the cams. The seeds must no longer lie in the water! Leave 5 mm of water in the device to ensure an optimal moisture balance.
- Harvest - Harvest crisp, fresh sprouts and seedlings after 3-7 days.
- Cleaning - All counter rods used (germ jar, sieve, water container, spoon, ...) must be carefully cleaned. Preferably with fruit vinegar and a soft brush.
Only spray slime-forming seeds such as cress and rocket with fresh water after the slime has started to form.
Wash the crop before consumption. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2-3 days.
