The beans of our coffee heroes are roasted in the Rapunzel coffee roastery. Our experienced roasting masters pay attention to the high quality of the green coffee beans and ensure that the right roasting time and roasting temperature is found for every bean and every origin. It is roasted in a gentle, long-term process at low temperatures in a traditional drum roaster. This gives the coffee time to develop the great variety of its aromas. This is not only gentle on the bean, but also on the environment. Because the energy released during roasting is reused through recirculation and heat recovery. The beans are then finely ground and packaged.
