Details
The olives are harvested by Hand. Harvesting, fresh olives are very bitter and inedible. Therefore, the olive store for the debittering of several months in large barrels, loaded in water and sea salt. They are then filled with a brine of water, lemon juice and sea salt in glasses. In order to preserve the olives are heated.
To salads Ideal as Antipasti, or as a Tapa with the wine served as well for pasta dishes and sauces, as a pizza topping or for baking bread
