Fiordifrutta from Rigoni di Asiago stands for fresh, unadulterated fruit enjoyment in organic quality.
The excellent fruit taste of Fiordifrutta has two reasons: On the one hand, Fiordifrutta is stirred at a temperature of only 25 ° C and briefly pasteurized in the glass. On the other hand, Fiordifrutta is sweetened with DolceDì apple sugar, a fruit sugar that Rigoni makes from organically grown apples using a specially developed process.
That is why the sugar content of Fiordifrutta is around 30% and the Glyx (Glycemic Index) 40% lower than in conventional fruit spreads - and that means that Fiordifrutta's fruit content is 99%!
All of the processed fruits come from controlled organic agriculture, some from our own and some from contract cultivation. The Fiordifrutta organic fruit spreads are ideal as a spread, but are also suitable for mixed drinks, desserts or for pastries.
