For the yam capsules, the plants are grown in Germany using biodynamic cultivation methods. They thrive in large crates with special climbing supports. This allows the plant to grow well and the roots to develop properly and be harvested with care.
After harvest, the roots are cleaned, gently dried at temperatures below 40 degrees, and finely ground.
