Savon du Midi's shea butter soaps are manufactured in Provence, southern France. Soap production from plant oils has a long tradition throughout the Mediterranean region. The focus areas in southern France are Marseille and Provence.

The soap is made exclusively from plant-based oils from certified organic farming (kbA) in the saponification process. After saponification, shea butter and, depending on the variety, honey, fragrance or essential oil are added during final processing.
The soaps are produced using traditional expertise in the tradition of Provençal soap making. This predominantly artisanal production method is reflected in the quality of a mild and nourishing soap.
None of the soaps are made with animal fats.

Usage

Fine soap for hands & body. The organic soap with shea butter is a mild soap for daily use. Suitable not only for the hands, but also for the entire body.
