Chanterelles are rich in vitamins and minerals. Particularly noteworthy is the high content of vital iron (57.6 mg / 100 g dry mushroom) and magnesium (135 mg / 100 g dry mushroom). The yellow-orange colored chanterelle is widespread in Europe, but in recent decades it has become increasingly rare and is therefore already classified as endangered in some countries.
