Yaweco - Natural Dental Floss - 40m

Natural dental floss is softer than conventional dental floss, which is typically made from nylon (PA). Nylon is smoother and harder than silk. Silk is a natural material, soft and more open-pored on its surface than other materials. This is why natural dental floss cleans more thoroughly than other products, which is visibly and noticeably effective. The yaweco dental floss is waxed with beeswax, which makes application easier. Traces of wax may remain on your teeth as you thread it through and stay in your mouth. For this reason, it's good to know that the wax is of natural, not synthetic, origin. The dispenser is stable, hygienic, and ideal for traveling.

Application

By turning the lid, you can cover or open the protruding dental floss end and the blade. You can then pull out a piece of dental floss of desired length and cut it off at the blade. Wrap the ends of the dental floss piece around your fingers on both hands and guide the floss between your teeth to clean the interdental spaces. Move along a bit further after each tooth and continue.

Packaging

The container in which the floss is packaged is made from PP with an additive that causes the material to completely decompose within a few years in an environment with organic substances (compost, landfill). However, it is resistant to the warm, humid climate of a bathroom.
The outer packaging consists of cardboard and PET film. Both should be disposed of in the appropriate containers.
